SPZ, SPA, SPB and SPC are a family of narrow V-belt sections, not four names for the same groove. The current ISO 4183 standard covers all four, but each profile has different geometry and a different useful drive envelope.
How to choose for a replacement
If the machine is already running a known belt section, keep that section unless the whole drive is being redesigned. Read the belt marking, old pulley marking and shaft dimensions. Do not substitute a wider or narrower section because the outside diameter happens to match.

When a redesign is justified
A redesign may be worthwhile when the existing drive is overloaded, space has changed, or the belt service life is poor. In that case, the new section, pulley pair, groove count and belt rating must be considered together. Changing only the belt section while keeping incompatible pulley grooves is not a valid upgrade.
